Welcome to the Homepage for the Whitewater Subcommittees
at ORGT. We encompass the three major whitewater sports: Canoeing,
Kayaking and Rafting.
We provide Tech students with the equipment and training to experience,
learn, and progress in whitewater activities. To do so we provide
schools
at both beginner and intermediate levels, rental equipment
, and weekly pool practice sessions so whitewater
skills can be practiced on a regular basis. We also hold weekly meetings
to plan future trips, discuss issues related to boating, and introduce
new members to the program.
